Ⅰ.OVERVIEW:

HKT-500L Core drilling rig is hydraulic drive and specially designed for 500m NQ size diamond core drilling，its track crawler mounted rig facilitates moving around with great convenience, Mainly used in shallow and medium hole’s diamond ,tungsten carbide  and PDC core drilling on exploration of metallic and nonmetallic solid survey,it also can be used in engineering geological,hydrogeological and pile grouting hole drilling.

1.The HKT-500L drilling rig is mounted on steel crawler chassis, driven by diesel engine,intergrated drilling rig and main winch, mast, related institutions in one rig, make it simple to use and convenient to maintenance.

2.The HKT-300L drilling rig designed reasonable speed range, with more speed series and large torque at low speed, which is suitable for drilling small diameter diamond core, and can also meet the requirements of large diameter carbide core drilling and various engineering boreholes. In particular, it can meet the impact and eccentric following pipe coring drilling technology, which solves the problem of cored overburden exploration, and also greatly improves the exploration efficiency.

3. The power head can move the guide rail mechanism to open the hole, by take the hoist to reduce the time of drilling pipe go up and down, improve labor productivity; Equipped with 1-3 ton WL winch, it good for take drilling technology of Wireline core drilling (optional by users).

4. Long drill stroke is good to reduce the times of rod reverses, prevent core plugging, and improve productivity.
